Individual Awards
Bobbie O’Hare Impact Award
This award was created to honor our founder of the regions, Bobbie O’Hare. Region volunteer award recipients demonstrate a superior level of leadership in the regions while developing a boldly inclusive community at local and regional level.
Monica Turner Game Changer Award
This ‘Game Changer’ Award was created to honor Monica Turner, President, North America, Procter & Gamble, who has been opening doors for all women at Procter & Gamble and in the NextUp community throughout her career. This award celebrates individuals who serve as role models in business, advocacy, and allyship in NextUp. They promote gender equality and elevate the voices of all women.
Emerging Leader
The Emerging Leader Award is presented to an exceptional individual who has been a member with less than 2 years involvement with NextUp. This leader has demonstrated their commitment to NextUp’s mission by opening minds, developing capacity and creating opportunities for others.
Kristine Pettoni Courageous Leadership Award
Created in 2020 to honor the legacy and life of Kristine Pettoni from the NextUp Atlanta Region, Kristine embodied a courageous leader demonstrating resiliency, vulnerability, and set a higher standard in everything she accomplished. Kristine always found time to mentor, lead, use her voice, include others, and leave this world in a better place as she fought her battle with cancer. Valued Supporter
The Valued Supporter award recognizes the supporter-level Ambassador team that demonstrates exceptional engagement and impact through associate participation, recruitment, and internal alignment. This team leads meaningful initiatives, removes barriers to inclusion and growth, and proudly represents NextUp with measurable results and advocacy.
Strategic Ally
The Strategic Ally award recognizes the ally-level Ambassador team that demonstrates exceptional engagement and impact through associate participation, recruitment, and internal alignment. This team leads meaningful initiatives, removes barriers to inclusion and growth, and proudly represents NextUp with measurable results and advocacy.
Dedicated Advocate
The Dedicated Advocate award recognizes the advocate-level Ambassador team that demonstrates exceptional engagement and impact through associate participation, recruitment, and internal alignment. This team leads meaningful initiatives, removes barriers to inclusion and growth, and proudly represents NextUp with measurable results and advocacy.
Distinguished Champion
The Distinguished Champion award recognizes the champion-level Ambassador team that demonstrates exceptional engagement and impact through associate participation, recruitment, and internal alignment. This team leads meaningful initiatives, removes barriers to inclusion and growth, and proudly represents NextUp with measurable results and advocacy.

This award goes to a region that has invested in its team to ensure all regional volunteers are well-positioned for success

This award is given to regions that go above and beyond to provide mentoring, build outreach programs with colleges and universities, and create strategic alliances in their local community.

Powering Allyship Ambassador Award
This award was presented to an Ambassador or Ambassador team who embraced allyship and promoted inclusivity and belonging. The winners connected their organization with NextUp programming to help remove barriers that prevent women from advancing in the workplace.
Powering Allyship Region Volunteer Award
The volunteers who received this award demonstrated exceptional engagement in their region and served as advocates for advancing all women. They proactively worked to learn, lead, and amplify every voice within their community.
