Criteria:

1. Successfully managed a volunteer onboarding process by leveraging NextUp resources. Recruited new volunteers and retained existing volunteers through internal engagement, effective training, coaching, and/or development of Committee Leaders and Board Officers.
2. Built a diverse and inclusive board team (i.e. recruitment of new talent, male allies, people of color, LGBTQIA+, industry expansion).
3. Successfully utilized the Internal Engagement Officer role to promote team cohesion through internal networking, team building, and forging meaningful connections.
4. Created opportunities for volunteers to lead events, lead volunteers, engage in speaking opportunities while developing their professional skills.
