Criteria

• Open Minds: Creates boldly inclusive programming that invites and educates new and existing members and empowers them to become advocates of NextUp’s mission.
• Develop Capacity: Develops innovative and inclusive programming that engages diverse groups.
• Create Opportunity: Delivers consistent and effective marketing campaigns to promote regional events and NextUp programs, messaging, and content across multiple platforms to increase engagement.
