This award is given to a region that drives NextUp’s mission through boldly inclusive programming that educates and drives awareness around leadership development, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging for all.

Criteria:

1. Provide examples where the region creates boldly inclusive programming that invites and educates new and existing members and empowers them to become advocates of NextUp’s mission.
2. Develop innovative and inclusive programming that engages diverse groups.
3. Delivers consistent and effective marketing campaigns to promote regional events and NextUp programs, messaging, and content across multiple platforms to increase engagement.
