Rising Stars
NextUp Rising Stars is a leadership development program that empowers tomorrow’s leaders by increasing self-awareness, enhancing leadership skills, and helping participants expand their networks.
Ideal for high-potential individual contributors and early/mid-level leaders, this program uses straightforward feedback and practical learning to expand participants’ leadership capacity, give them the tools to succeed in mid-career positions, and promote career advancement.
Based on the NextUp Career Accelerator Model™, the program includes: a customized 360 assessment; the Fascination Advantage branding tool; a three-day, in-person learning event including executive coaching; group coaching sessions before, during, and after the event; and one executive coaching session (with option to add additional sessions for a fee).
