A true community

NextUp was founded as a community of individuals who want to make workplaces better for women, supporting each other every step of the way. Sound good to you? Then you're already home.

Connection that works for you

Our 21 regions host hundreds of events a year, both in-person and online, so you can connect with like-minded professionals anywhere and everywhere. Check out our event calendar to see what’s happening near you – members get free or discounted access!

Get what you need to thrive

Leadership development can be hard to get access to, often expensive and difficult to find time for. At NextUp, your membership comes with our Career Accelerator University webinars – a series of free webinars held every month on topics as diverse as building your personal brand or tricking out your LinkedIn to managing a P&L or best practices in data collection. And it’s all completely free for members!

Plus, members can take the ADVanced Insights Assessment, a best-in-class method for learning your leadership strengths and weaknesses, including a live debrief session with one of our learning and development experts.

Lifechanging conference experiences

Don’t catch FOMO – our two national conferences, NextUp Leadership Summit and NextUp Executive Forum, are open exclusively to members! Forum offers a unique opportunity for senior and c-suite leaders to connect and learn in beautiful locales – and Summit, our largest event, brings inspiration and cup-filling connection to 1600+ NextUp members every year!

“I just love this NextUp community—these fantastic leaders who are willing to share their advice, members who are brave enough to share their thoughts, and clear takeaways that can be put into action on day one.”
