Ena Williams

Nominating and Governance

Ena Williams is a Global Executive, Operations Expert and Board Member with deep experience managing P&L, executing strategic initiatives and providing data-driven analysis at large, iconic companies in the oil & gas and convenience retail industries. She excels at leading operations in challenging environments. Currently, Ena is the Chief Operating Officer for Casey’s (NASDAQ: CASY), a 2500+ convenience retail chain operating in 16 states. She leads store operations, real estate, supply & distribution, fuel operations, procurement, acquisition integration and operations support. Ena provides comprehensive leadership, operations management and strategic vision to drive profitable growth.

Ena is also a Member of the Board of Directors for Daseke, Inc. (NASDAQ: DSKE), the largest flatbed and specialized transportation and logistics provider in North America. In this role, she chairs the Nominating & Governance Committee and is also a member of the Compensation committee.

Previously, Ena served as Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors for National HME, Inc., a national provider of technology-enabled medical equipment solutions to the hospice industry, where she communicated and executed strategic goals, with an emphasis on superior customer service, compliance and profitable performance.

Prior to that, as Senior Vice President and Head of International for 7-Eleven, Inc., Ena was an Advisor to the CEO on global expansion strategy and partner relationships. She had P&L responsibility for more than 34,900 licensed, franchised and joint-venture stores in 16 countries. She drove growth strategy, adding more than 4,050 stores and generating additional sales of about $2.9 billion. In 2016, Ena was named a Top Women in Convenience, a seniorlevel Leader Award for executing strategy that transformed business. Earlier positions with the company included Senior Vice President of West Region Operations and Vice President of the Southwest Division.

Ena currently serves on the board of advisors for the Robert B. Rowling Center for Business Law & Leadership, SMU Dedman School of Law. She also serves on the board of directors for Children International as well as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital’s Dallas Leadership Committee. Ena is a Founding Member of the Village Giving Circle, a startup charity of the Texas Women’s Foundation, focused on advancing people of color in North Texas.

She has been an Executive Sponsor and featured Panelist at leadership summits for NextUp and the Global Restaurant Leadership Conference, and is a member of IECG (Institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance) at the University of Texas, Dallas, as well as NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors).

Ena earned a Master of Business Administration at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Virginia. She attended Thayer Leader Development Group at West Point, the U.S. Military Academy, where she received the Leadership Recognition Award. Ena and her husband, Dana, are outdoor enthusiasts and enjoy vacationing in wine regions of the world
