NextUp COVID-19 Protocols for In-Person Events

At NextUp, the safety and well-being of our community are our top priorities. We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees at our events. We reserve the right to adjust any previously communicated advisories, protocols, and procedures. 

Vaccination and Testing (Updated) 

We strongly recommend that all attendees be fully vaccinated and consider receiving booster shots. However, we do not require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test to attend NextUp events. 

Attendee Responsibilities 

All in-person attendees must agree to the following: 

1. Follow Venue and Government Protocols: I will follow all COVID-19 protocols as directed by the venue and/or local or state government. 
2. Stay Home When Sick: I agree that if I am feeling sick within 48 hours of the event, I will not attend in person. 
3. Reporting Illness: I agree that should I become sick with COVID-19 symptoms while attending a NextUp event, I will inform the event organizer and leave the event immediately. 
4. Indemnification: I indemnify NextUp if I become ill with COVID-19 while attending a NextUp event. 

Additional Event Requirements 

Please be aware that there may be additional health and safety requirements specific to the event location. We strongly encourage all guests to carefully review upcoming event details by visiting nextupisnow.org/calendar and selecting the event(s) for which you have purchased or plan to purchase registration.
