Melinda Horn is a Senior Manager of Business Intelligence at Acosta. She leads the dedicated Space Management team that is the single-source planogram provider for Associated Wholesale Grocers. Her team works to create efficient and effective planograms for their member stores. She serves as the executive co-chair of NextUp Anywhere and is part of the Ambassador team for NextUp at Acosta. She lives in Kansas City, Kansas.

Subriana is a sought after leader in the grocery industry having both senior leadership roles in the grocery channel and the CPG industry. Subriana co-founded Navigator Sales and Marketing. The mission of the company is to help CPG brands navigate the grocery industry to grow their sales, distribution and brand recognition. In 2020, she led the launch of the Navigator Lighthouse Foundation, a 501c3 focused on helping women and minority entrepreneurs succeed in the grocery retail space.

Senior Director, People, Walmart Sourcing
Bridgette is currently the Senior Director, People Partner supporting the Walmart Sourcing organization. This includes supporting associates in over 18 countries around the world. Previously, Bridgette was the Senior Director People Partner in Walmart US. In her role, she supports the Merchandising division for Food, Consumables, & General Merchandising. This included having HR responsibility for the corporate buyers, product development, sourcing, private Brands, dairy manufacturing plant, quality control, technical, design, & packaging teams around the United States and Latin America.
