Tiffany Mawhinney

Principal, Customer Strategy & Applied Design, Deloitte

Tiffany brings over 25 years of experience in the consumer industry focused on designing and implementation growth strategies in the  areas of digital commerce, marketing, merchandising as well as store operations and customer experience. She helps brands identify,  design and implement customer driven solutions to grow share and evolve their operations.​

Tiffany has architected & led several large global initiatives at a variety of brands which have had significant impacts on their top-line  growth and profitability. Her results focused approach to building teams and leading projects has made Tiffany one of Deloitte’s most  effective leaders of business transformation.​

Tiffany works extensively with consumer brands both domestically and abroad. She holds an MBA in Global Supply Chain and International  Business from UNC-Chapel Hill, a Luxury Brand Management Diploma from ESSEC, as well as serves as Deloitte’s Ambassador for  the Network of Executive Women-CPG/Retail, a Peer Reviewer for the Advisory Member Council of the National Retail Federation  and a member of the Retail Ascendant Council. Prior to Deloitte, she worked in  field operations and visual merchandising in the specialty apparel segment.

She lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband, Elliott  and their two children, Aurora and Cabot. In her free time, Tiffany serves as a Girl Scout Troop leader and loves to spend time engaging her creative side whether on a hike outside or checking out an art exhibit.

Melissa Hurd

VP and GM, Everyday Spend Client Management Team, Global Merchant & Network Services, American Express

Melissa Hurd is the VP GM of the Everyday Spend Client Management Team in the Global Merchant & Network Services team within American Express. She leads a team of strategic consultants supporting grocery, telecom and oil partners finding opportunities to mutually grow business opportunities. Ms. Hurd has been with American Express for 10 years, previously working on brand management and corporate strategy with the Boeing Company in Seattle, Washington.  She has a Bachelor of Arts in English and Sociology as well as a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
