NextUp Member Think Tanks: Where Our Community Comes to Think, Share, and Grow Together
If you’ve joined our webinars, you know how lively our chat can be—filled with great ideas, thoughtful insights, and genuine connection. In 2026, we’re turning that energy into something even more interactive: NextUp Member Think Tanks. These are quarterly, community-driven conversations where members lead the dialogue. Each session will begin with a “seed question” to spark ideas around a timely leadership topic—our first in January will explore AI at Work.
As the chat fills with thoughts and examples, our moderator will invite members to come on screen and share their perspectives live, keeping the discussions, ideas, and knowledge-sharing spontaneous, engaging, and real. These sessions are about learning with each other, not just from each other. You’ll walk away with fresh ideas, practical takeaways, and that familiar sense of connection that makes our community so special.
Before we wrap, we’ll co-create what comes next—using a word cloud and live poll to choose the topic for our next Member Think Tank.
