This immersive and *award-winning three-month leadership experience is designed for Directors and Senior Directorswho are ready to expand their impact and operate at the enterprise level – whether they’re aspiring to Vice President roles or seeking to elevate their executive effectiveness in their current position. By the end of the program, you’ll be prepared to play a bigger leadership game, drive impact beyond your function, influence at senior levels, and lead people and strategy in ways that matter most to your organization’s future.

Who Should Attend?

This program is designed for high-potential leaders at the Director and Senior Director levels who are eager to enhance their skills and drive future organizational success. Participants who meet most (not necessarily all) of the following criteria will get the best experience possible from the program:

  • Hold a position at the Director or Senior Director level (or equivalent experience) and/or have experience leading and managing teams, departments, or functions.
  • Experience developing and executing strategic plans, setting objectives, and driving results.
  • Experience leading or participating in significant organizational change initiatives (e.g., restructuring, mergers, new product launches).
  • Experience collaborating effectively with colleagues across different departments and functions.
  • Experience making independent decisions with some level of autonomy in their current role.
  • Have experience analyzing data, making informed decisions, and solving complex problems.
  • Basic understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet) and key financial metrics is preferred, but not required.
