Mapping The Inner You (MTIY) is designed to foster personal growth and insights by guiding us through an exploration of our personal and social identities. During this course you will have the opportunity to learn more about identity, how it is formed, and how it can change over time. Are you ready to enhance your workplace presence and engagement? Join us for a transformative two-week course that dives deep into the exploration of personal and social identity and its profound impact on your personal and professional life.

The program includes two self-paced modules (Module 1: Introduction to Identity and Module 2: Understanding Identity) and the live virtual session ‘Identity Dialogue.’

During the live virtual session, we’ll delve into the intricacies of our identities, explore the unique facets that shape who we are and connect with fellow course participants through insightful breakout groups, meaningful conversations and shared experiences.
