Distinguished Champion Award
The Distinguished Champion award recognizes the champion-level Ambassador team that demonstrates exceptional engagement and impact through associate participation, recruitment, and internal alignment. This team leads meaningful initiatives, removes barriers to inclusion and growth, and proudly represents NextUp with measurable results and advocacy.
Nomination Process: Any champion-level Ambassador or Ambassador Team is eligible to be nominated for this award. All nominations will be reviewed, and the top finalists will be voted on by the NextUp Board.
Criteria
The nominee must be a champion-level Ambassador or Ambassador team demonstrating exceptional engagement through participation, recruitment, and internal alignment. The team should show measurable results that support the NextUp mission.

The Coca-Cola Ambassador Team continues to set the standard for partnership, engagement, and advocacy within NextUp. In 2025, the team expanded membership from 560 to more than 900 across North America, doubled male ally participation, and strengthened alignment with senior leadership through quarterly meetings and measurable scorecards. Their initiatives, including the LinkedIn Live kickoff, the growing Career Essentials program, and the high-impact Power Talks series, have driven exceptional engagement across the network. With the largest Executive Forum contingent and expanding regional board representation, the team demonstrates how strategic collaboration, measurable outcomes, and consistent advocacy advance NextUp’s mission and impact.
