Dedicated Advocate Award
The Dedicated Advocate award recognizes the advocate-level Ambassador team that demonstrates exceptional engagement and impact through associate participation, recruitment, and internal alignment. This team leads meaningful initiatives, removes barriers to inclusion and growth, and proudly represents NextUp with measurable results and advocacy.
Nomination Process: Any advocate-level Ambassador or Ambassador Team is eligible to be nominated for this award. All nominations will be reviewed, and the top finalists will be voted on by the NextUp Board.
Criteria
The nominee must be an advocate-level Ambassador or Ambassador team demonstrating exceptional engagement through participation, recruitment, and internal alignment. The team should show measurable results that support the NextUp mission.
2025 Award Winner
Kellanova
The Kellanova NextUp Ambassador Team has continued to raise the bar in 2025, increasing membership by 10% and driving a 40% rise in broadcast participation compared to 2024. Through strategic outreach and collaboration with the NextUp Michigan Region, the team has strengthened engagement with programs such as Career Essentials and CAU sessions. They partner closely with HR, Women of Kellanova+, and executive sponsors to integrate NextUp into employee development planning and leadership training. Their ongoing initiatives, including the global “Voices of Kellanova” series for International Women’s Day, reflect a lasting commitment to professional growth and to keeping NextUp active and visible across the organization.
