The Senior Maintenance Manager is directly responsible for improving the total uptime performance of the site’s Production and Utility assets by leading the teams with a sense of urgency, focusing on the execution of the preventative/predictive maintenance programs, and setting the standard for the quality execution of these plans by both in-house and third-party resources. This person will be responsible for implementing the overall Progressive Maintenance Strategy at the site, including optimization of cost-effective maintenance & reliability strategies in support of IL6S and the plant business deliverables, as well as coordinating technical training opportunities for all associates to increase skill and knowledge basis. The Maintenance Execution Manager, Asset Reliability Manager, and Facilities & Utility Manager will report to this position.

You will support the I2M and IIM process for site / cluster and ensure effective planning and execution of change as it relates to new and existing products, packaging and processes for a plant or cluster.
