Both NextUp and Paradigm for Parity Boards recognized a strategic opportunity to expand impact, reach more companies, and strengthen leadership development at scale. With this merger, two of the nation’s most influential nonprofit communities for championing opportunity for all have officially joined forces to fuel lasting change in the workplace from the top down and bottom up.

What does it mean for members and partners?
NextUp members and partners will now have an even wider network with which to connect and can participate in Paradigm for Parity programming such as Accelerating the P&L.
Paradigm for Parity members who join NextUp will gain access to a powerful slate of programming and events as well, including Rising Stars, Leadership Edge for Directors, Leading with Financial Fluency, and its flagship Executive Forum and Leadership Summit conferences.

Will programs or memberships change?
Programs and memberships for NextUp members will not be changing as a result of this merger, aside from providing access to an even larger community and new programming.
All Paradigm for Parity partners will have the opportunity to transition into the NextUp membership model, giving them expanded access to national programs, leadership development tools, and regional engagement.

What happens to Paradigm for Parity’s work?
Some existing Paradigm for Parity programs, including the P&L Accelerator, will continue. The merger strengthens support for companies’ commitments to inclusive cultures providing more tools, broader communities, and expanded leadership development offerings.
