NextUp has collaborated with the IBM Institute of Business Value for new key research into the state of the leadership pipeline for women.
Since 2019, the IBM Institute for Business Value’s ‘Women in Leadership‘ study has provided a powerful window into the opportunities and barriers for women’s advancement at work. In 2024, NextUp and IBM collaborated to learn more about our organization’s impact by surveying our membership and comparing our results to the IBM Institute for Business Value’s 2023 benchmark. The data we unearthed is promising, suggesting that the work NextUp does with our corporate partners creates ‘well-lit’ paths to leadership – and Advancing All Women in Business.
