Accelerators Report

This report outlines the eight key competencies and five career derailers that comprise the NextUp Career Accelerator Model.™ The model, developed by NextUp in conjunction with the Center for Creative Leadership, is designed to help individuals, build teams and support professional development programs that advance women leaders. It’s based on focus groups and surveys involving more than 1,200 NextUp members and supporters.
