NextUp offers leadership development programming developed by experts and designed to give you the tools you need to step into leadership roles. Our programs utilize competencies developed in partnership with the Center for Creative Leadership, and share one strong goal—driving women’s advancement.

NextUp Launch

The Launch program is dedicated to uplifting early-career and front-line workers, enhancing their abilities with confidence-boosting, skills-building, research-backed learning. Developed in partnership with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), Launch is an accessible learning program that creates pathways to higher leadership for those kicking off their career journey.

Through straightforward feedback and practical learning, you’ll finish this program with skills you need to take your leadership potential to the next level.

Executive Leadership Lab NextUp

NextUp Soar

Learn essential skills, including delegation, executive presence, coaching and listening, and feedback in this program, which is the perfect next step after Rising Stars (it’s also great on its own!). Facilitated small group sessions encourage connection and build a network of support, and accountability partners are there to help you reach your goals. One-on-one coaching then layers the learning and helps you unlock your true potential.
