UNLEASHING THE CONFIDENT FEMALE LEADER

An inspirational and educational session for NextUp Southern California attendees. Designed to increase leadership confidence, this session will focus on cultivating our inner advocate, taking action with the confidence building flywheel and giving ourselves permission to let go of limiting beliefs. Talk hosted by author, Trisha Manning, followed by a riveting and candid panel discussion with PepsiCo executives:

Participants in this session will understand what it means to be a Confident Female Leader and walk away:

· Recognizing when self-doubt is holding them back

· Gaining the courage to be heard and be confident in the workplace & in life

· Introducing small strategies that will build their workplace confidence & decrease thoughts of imposter syndrome.

The book, “Leader with Heart and Leave a Legacy” supports this experience! Signed copies will be gifted to each attendee.

There will be an optional tour of SOFI Stadium with Field Experience included at 2.30 pm, for those interested.
