Olga Osminkina-Jones is a visionary leader known for positive disruption and architecting business and brand growth. Olga is the Global Chief Marketing Officer for Flora Food Group, where she leads business and brand growth initiatives. She oversees the integration of the Arivia business, the evolution of the Power Brands portfolio, and the expansion of Animal Free Dairy categories. Olga has also built in-house Design and Consumer Experience capabilities and is leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and brand building.
Previously, Olga was instrumental at Reckitt, leading global brands like Durex and KY in the Intimate Wellness category. At PepsiCo, she redefined global beverage strategies, launched the LIFEWTR brand, and led the acquisition of SodaStream. Her career also includes key roles at Danone, Heineken, Estée Lauder, and Procter & Gamble, where she managed iconic brands such as Evian, Heineken, and OLAY.
Known for her transformative leadership and consumer-centric approach, Olga is passionate about inspiring teams and driving innovation. She serves as a Board Member and lives in New York City with her husband, Kyle, and daughter, Kai.
Veronica Fernandez is Senior Vice President and Regional Head of Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) for North America, overseeing business strategy and go-to-market efforts in the U.S. and Canada. VCS provides products that enhance cash flow, efficiency, and control for businesses of all sizes, including Small Business, Commercial, and Virtual Cards.
Since joining Visa in 2007, Veronica has led various teams across Commercial Solutions, North America Merchant, and Prepaid. Previously, she held product management and business development roles at U.S. Bank Corporate Payment Systems in Minneapolis.
Veronica holds a B.A. from the University of Minnesota and is dedicated to advancing underrepresented groups at Visa and in Silicon Valley. She is the executive sponsor of the Visa Latinx Connect Employee Resource Group and serves on the Advisory Board for Latinas in Tech Bay Area. Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, she now lives in the Bay Area with her husband and daughter.
