The way we think, process, and experience the world is as individual as we are; so why do we keep insisting everyone be the same?

As women, we’ve all felt it; being told we’re too much, not enough, overreacting, hard to follow, or somehow simply “off” in how we communicate. Neurodiversity recognizes that each of us processes information, thinks, and experiences the world in a uniquely valid way; so why are we expected to fit a single mould?

You'll leave the presentation primed for a rich table discussion exploring where others may have misunderstood you, and where you may be misunderstanding them, bridging the gaps between us to see each other (and ourselves) in an uncommonly new light.
