Mapping the Inner You is designed to foster personal growth and insights by guiding us through an exploration of our personal and social identities. During this course you will have the opportunity to learn more about identity, how it is formed, and how it can change over time.

Are you ready to enhance your workplace presence and engagement? Join us for a transformative course that dives deep into the exploration of personal and social identity and its profound impact on your personal and professional life.

Course Highlights

• Understanding Identity: Gain insights into what personal and social identity mean and how they evolve over time and shaped your perceptions
• Self-Discovery Activities: Participate in engaging exercises designed to help you uncover different facets of your identity and understand their impact.
• Building Connections: Learn alongside and from across industries and different career stages while discovering strategies to foster a more inclusive and empathetic work environment.

Time Commitment

This is a 2-week course comprised of on-demand digital learning + a Live virtual session on July 22.  We expect this to be a commitment of 3-4 total over two weeks. This course begins on July 7th and ends on July 18th.

An email with instructions on how to access the Mapping the Inner You course will be sent to all registrants prior to the start date.

Cancellations and Refunds

Registration cancellations must be received prior to or equal to 10 business days (2 weeks) prior to the event to qualify for a refund, less the cancellation fee. To cancel a registration, navigate to “My Event Registrations’ from your NextUp Online account. Select the registration you wish to cancel and click ‘Cancel.’ Within two weeks from the start date of the Event, there are no refunds. See Transfer opportunities below.

Transfers

You may transfer your registration to another member of your organization up to three days before an event provided you have not activated your account on the learning platform. Requests are subject to NextUp approval. Transfer requests received after the 3-day deadline will incur a transfer fee if the transfer is possible. Request a transfer
