Making The Invisible Visible: Empowering women to take control of their health and outcomes. In medicine, women have historically been thought of as small men. However, women are different from men at a cellular level. This misrepresentation, making women largely invisible in medical research, has had far-reaching and serious implications, including women being misdiagnosed and mis-medicated. We want to improve outcomes for women by addressing this ‘data deficiency’ and making women more visible in health data.
