Diane Darling, Founder, Speaker, & Coach – Diane Darling is a consultant, keynote speaker, instructor, and leadership coach specializing in professional networking strategies. She has 20+ years of experience researching, developing, and educating on the role professional networking strategies play in both individual career development, as well as broader business performance. Her services include virtual and in-person speaking engagements, one-on-one leadership coaching, and strategic consulting serving clients in a variety of industries.

Considered a pioneer in social networking, McGraw-Hill commissioned her to write the definitive book on networking in 2003 (before Facebook or LinkedIn) called The Networking Survival Guide. It went into a 2nd printing just 90 days after the book hit the shelves. Collectively her books have been translated into 9 languages. Her media appearances include on NBC Nightly News, in The Wall Street Journal, San Francisco Chronicle, and The Boston Globe. She’s a member of the Chief Executives Club of Boston. Diane has lived in the Philippines, Thailand, Colorado, Indiana, Alabama and now in Boston, MA. And her travels include all seven continents and approximately 60 countries.

Shaké Sulikyan, Changemaker, Connector, Facilitator, Speaker Shaké Sulikyan is a Gold trained #IAmRemarkable facilitator, trained Immunity to Change™facilitator, and nonprofit executive who is dedicated to making the world a better place. She has over two decades of experience in aligning talent and resources to drive large-scale initiatives, build fruitful relationships, and reach record-breaking goals.

Her nonprofit career includes roles in healthcare, academic medicine, higher education, social service and nonprofit organizations throughout the United States. In January 2022, she launched her consultancy to support social impact organizations and traditionally marginalized leaders. She also serves as a Senior Advisor and Executive Search Consultant with Boyden, helping to build and grow their social impact practice in the United States. She frequently speaks at national and regional conferences on topics including fundraising, leadership, management, networking, technology, and much more. She moved to the U.S. at the age of 12 and currently lives in Livermore, CA with her husband, who introduced her to NextUp, and 13 yr. old son.
