Women often are told (or feel) that they are too direct, aggressive, passive, lack confidence and need to speak up more in meetings. How do we avoid these labels and stereotypes in order to feel empowered, confident, and be considered equal leaders in our organizations? Communication is key! This workshop is designed to create awareness of women's linguistic and communication styles and explore components to build confidence to empower them to make a difference, not only within themselves but also their organization – all through communication. In-depth topics will help propel our conversations forward and women will be prepared to reclaim power, confidence and control to demonstrate competency and credibility.
