What is NextUp Leadership Week?

Leadership Week is a combination of two beloved annual NextUp events – our Executive Forum and Leadership Summit conferences. This year, we are offering both events in the same week at the same event venue, so you can bring the whole team – and we will also be celebrating NextUp’s 25th Anniversary with our Anniversary Honors Evening event!

Who is invited?

NextUp Executive Forum is open to senior management and c-suite executives.

All other events during Leadership Week, including NextUp Leadership Summit and the Anniversary Honors Evening, are open to anyone who would like to attend.

Both NextUp members and non-members are welcome at all events.

How to Register

How do I register for Forum and/or Summit?

Simply click on the ‘Register’ button in the top right corner, then click the registration link for NextUp Executive Forum or NextUp Leadership Summit.

If you would like to register for both events, you must register for each separately using the links found on this page.  

If you would also like to purchase an individual ticket to attend the 25th Anniversary Honors Event, you may add one on as part of your Forum or Summit registration. 

I am not attending Forum or Summit. How can I purchase a ticket for just the 25th Anniversary Honors Evening?

Simply click on the ‘Register’ button in the top right corner, then click the ‘Purchase Table/Seats’ button. This registration is solely for the Anniversary Honors Evening. It does not include registration for Summit or Forum, which must be registered for separately by following the process above.

How can I purchase a table at the Anniversary Honors Event?

Simply click on the ‘Register’ button in the top right corner, then click the ‘Purchase Table/Seats’ button. Table purchases do not include registration for Summit or Forum, which individual attendees must register for separately by following the process above. 

Registration FAQs

What is the deadline to register?

The deadline is August 25, 2026. Registrations will also not be editable after this date, including breakout selections. 

Can I cancel or transfer my registration?

To cancel, log in to your NextUp Account and select “My Event Registration” from the left navigation. Here, you can cancel any upcoming registrations by clicking “Cancel.”

How can I get registration assistance?

If you need assistance, or have any other registration issues, please see our Help Desk. You may also direct queries to the NextUp Chatbot using the ‘Help’ bubble on the bottom right. 

Hotel Accomodations

Is a hotel room included in the price of registration?

No, hotel rooms are not included in your registration price and must be booked separately. 

How do I book my room?

A link to register for the Leadership Week hotel room block will be provided to you after you register to attend. 

What is the room booking deadline?

Rooms must be booked by August 20, 2026.

What ADA accessibility options does the hotel offer?

Accessibility details for the hotel can be found on their website here under ‘Accessibility Information. If you have accessibility requests, please reach out to our Member Services team via our Help Desk.

Travel and Dining

When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving Dallas no later than 2 hours prior to the event you are attending.

  • Forum Opening Reception – Sep. 15, 5 PM
  • Summit Opening Reception – Sep. 16, 5 PM
  • 25th Anniversary Honors Evening – Sep. 16, 7 PM

Dallas is served by both Dallas Love Field (DAL) and Dallas Ft. Worth International Airport (DFW). Rideshare and taxis are available from both locations:

  • Dallas Ft Worth International Airport – approx. 10-15 minutes
  • Dallas Love Field – approx. 15-25 minutes

Times may vary based on traffic and travel method chosen. For more information on distances and location, visit the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center website.

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM

If you would like to enjoy the Resort prior to check-in or after check-out time, the bell stand can hold your luggage.

What are my dining options?

Meals listed in the agenda are covered as part of your registration. For other dining options, see the hotel’s website.  

I have special dietary needs – how can I communicate them?

You will be asked to indicate any dietary requirements as part of the registration process, but it helps our Member Engagement Team if you update your dietary and ADA needs within your account! You can do this by logging into your NextUp account and editing your Account Information.    

What is the dress code for the event?

The overall suggested attire is business casual. In addition, please bring what you need if you want to make use of the onsite gym or pool. We suggest bringing layers so you can make sure you’re comfortable with a variety of temperatures.
