Who’s invited?

NextUp Leadership Summit is open to all NextUp members! 

What is the deadline to register for Summit?

Summit registration ends on Sept. 12. Registrations will also not be editable after this date. See the Summit homepage for pricing tiers and dates of availability.

Can I cancel or transfer my registration?

The last day to cancel and receive a refund is August 26. To cancel, log in to your NextUp Account and select “My Event Registration” from the left navigation. Here, you can cancel any upcoming registrations by clicking “Cancel.” 

If you would prefer to transfer your registration to someone else, there is no transfer fee. Transfers may be requested through Sept. 9. To request a transfer, please reach out to our Member Services team here or by clicking the ‘help’ widget below.

How may I get registration assistance?

Hotel Accomodations

Is a hotel room included in the price of registration?

No, hotel rooms are not included in your registration price and must be booked separately. 

How do I book my room?

A link to register for the Summit hotel room block will be provided to you after you register to attend.  

What is the room booking deadline?

Rooms must be booked by 5:00PM, Tuesday, August 27, 2024.

What ADA accessibility options does the hotel offer?

Travel & Dining

How do I get to NextUp Summit? When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving on September 30 no later than 12 PM, as the conference begins at 2 PM. Chicago is served by both Chicago Midway Airport and Chicago O’Hare Airport. Rideshare services and taxis are available from both locations, and O’Hare is also served by the Blue train line. Estimated travel times from airport to venue:
  • Midway – 30 – 45 mins.
  • O’Hare – 45 mins. – 1 hr.

What are my dining options?

Meals listed in the agenda are covered as part of your registration. For other dining options, see the hotel’s website.  

What is the dress code for the conference?

General Summit Dress Code

The overall suggested attire for Summit is business casual. On our first evening, we have a welcome reception directly after the show, so no special ensemble is required.

In addition: Please bring what you need if you want to make use of the onsite gym or pool. We suggest bringing layers so you can make sure you’re comfortable with a variety of temperatures.
