NextUp is a membership organization that is focused on creating equitable workplaces for all. We do this through learning programs and conferences, leadership development programs, regional networking opportunities, and education and partnership opportunties for organizations committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI&B) and gender equity.
