This award was created to honor Monica Turner, President – North America, Procter & Gamble, who has been opening doors for all women at Procter & Gamble and in the NextUp community throughout her career. This award celebrates individuals who serve as role models in business, advocacy and allyship in NextUp. They promote gender equality and elevate the voices of all women.

Nomination Process

Open to all NextUp members who can nominate any member other than themselves. The award recipient is selected by NextUp in collaboration with Procter & Gamble and Monica Turner.

Criteria

• Assess the nominee’s business impact in the industry, active advocacy and allyship efforts towards making an impact in their industry, promoting gender equality and inclusivity in the workplace and within the NextUp community.
• Evaluate the nominee’s leadership in fostering an environment of support and empowerment.
• Evaluate the nominee’s ability to inspire others through their actions.
