Valued Supporter Award
The Valued Supporter award recognizes the supporter-level Ambassador team that demonstrates exceptional engagement and impact through associate participation, recruitment, and internal alignment. This team leads meaningful initiatives, removes barriers to inclusion and growth, and proudly represents NextUp with measurable results and advocacy.
Nomination Process: Any supporter-level Ambassador or Ambassador Team is eligible to be nominated for this award. All nominations will be reviewed, and the top finalists will be voted on by the NextUp Board.
Criteria
The nominee must be a supporter-level Ambassador team demonstrating exceptional engagement through participation, recruitment, and internal alignment. The team should show measurable results that support the NextUp mission.
2025 Award Winner
Vital Farms
The Vital Farms NextUp Ambassador Team has strengthened engagement and visibility across the organization, increasing participation by 47% year-to-date and 411% since 2022. The team onboarded 15 new members in 2025, implemented a point-based engagement system, and partnered with Learning & Development and the Women’s Resource Group to align goals and resources. With strong executive sponsorship and regional involvement, the team continues to sustain momentum and ensure that NextUp remains an active, valued part of the Vital Farms culture.
