Jennifer Krueger

Chief Learning Officer, Vice President, Learning and Development, Ahold Delhaize

Prior to her role at Ahold Delhaize, Jennifer held various leadership roles in Talent Management at Ahold on topics including performance management, workforce planning, associate engagement and leadership development.  She has worked in talent management since 2000.  Jennifer has her Ph.D. in Workforce Education and Development from the Pennsylvania State University and her MBA from Monmouth University.

Valerie Oswalt

Executive Vice President and President Campbell Snacks, Campbell Soup Company

Valerie Oswalt is the Executive Vice President and President of Campbell Snacks. She reports to the CEO and is a Corporate Officer for Campbell Soup Company.

Oswalt leads the company’s nearly $4 billion Snacks division, which includes the US, Latin America and global exports business and brands such as Goldfish, Milano, Pepperidge Farm, Snyder’s of Hanover, Lance, Kettle Brand, Cape Cod, Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps and Late July, among others.

She has deep experience in the food industry, leading both large and established brands in senior positions at Kraft Foods and Mondelēz International, as well as at fast-growing start-ups. Prior to Campbells, Oswalt served as CEO of Century Snacks, a privately held trail mix and nut products company, where she led the turnaround of the business with a portfolio of more than 400 branded, private label and commercial products. Previously, she held the position of President of Mondelēz’s North American Confections business, a $1.5 billion portfolio that included well-known brands such as Oreo, Cadbury, Trident, Halls and Sour Patch Kids. Earlier in her career, she held executive roles including President of North American Sales at Mondelēz and Vice President, Walmart Customer Team at Kraft Foods Group. She began her career as an accountant at Deloitte in New York City.

Oswalt earned her doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership at the University of Southern California, her MBA in Marketing, Strategy and Finance from the Northwestern University Kellogg Graduate School of Management and her B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Queens College, City University of New York.

She is a Board of Director for The Food Industry Association (FMI), a member of the Network of Executive Women (NEW) and CHIEF. Val is the executive sponsor of the Campbell Women Inclusion Network and was named a 2021 Woman of Influence in the Food Industry by the Shelby Griffin Report.

She’s also the proud Mom of two amazing children, Scott and Lauren, and has proudly brought them on adventures that have taken them to nearly every continent on the planet.
