Monique Picou is VP, Global Server Operations & Tech Strategy at Google, where she leads development and expansion of server floor operations and data center materials, including strategies for technology, planning, staffing, product, process, and capability for Google Cloud. With more than 28 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, logistics, innovation, joint business planning, commercial negotiations, and new business development, Monique began her career with Procter & Gamble. She later became chief strategy and supply chain officer at Walmart, where she led enterprise strategy for Sam’s Club Enterprise and Club Brick & Mortar + Ecommerce Supply Chain.

Tiffany A. Sargent is the Chief Technologist for Cloud and Enterprise Sales and is a Senior Principal Engineer at Intel Corporation. Tiffany collaborates with her ecosystem partners to develop blended and multi-disciplinary solutions that drive value and advance their business objectives. These solutions include the full spectrum of Complex Systems across Internet of Things, Machine to Machine (M2M), Cloud, Enterprise, and Distributed Analytics.
Dr. Jayshree Seth
Corporate Scientist, Applied Technology Development, Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division, 3M
Jayshree Seth is a Corporate Scientist at 3M and leads Applied Technology Development for Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division. She joined 3M in 1993 after an MS and PhD in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University, New York, and she currently holds 72 patents for a variety of innovations with several additional pending. Jayshree was appointed 3M’s first ever Chief Science Advocate in 2018 and is using her scientific knowledge, technical expertise and professional experience to advance science and communicate the importance and benefits of science in everyday life. She is also a member of Carlton Society which is the 3M Science and Engineering ‘hall of fame.’ Jayshree is the 4th woman and 1st female engineer to be inducted.
