Currently serves as a global account leader on one of EY’s most significant consumer goods clients responsible for work we do across their employee services function managing over 100+ people in 30 countries. Additionally, serves as consulting leader responsible for EY consulting services on a major retail client that is focused on initiatives such as redefining the customer shopping experience, investments in omnichannel technologies and supply chain reinvention.
Deep client relationship management experience in working with global accounts on large transformations, including culture, process and methods that drives strong partnerships. Kristi lives downtown Cincinnati with her husband, Kyle, and three boys, Thomas, Mackie and Kelly. As a family they enjoy many of the city parks, restaurants, arts, sports and spending time at the lake / boating.

Beth McCormick
VP of Commerce and Customer Engagement Technology, Data, Analytics, and Engineering, PetSmart
Beth McCormick joined PetSmart in 2014 and currently serves as VP of Commerce and Customer Engagement Technology, Data, Analytics, and Engineering. She has over 20 years of retail IT experience. Her current responsibilities include technology strategy and execution supporting all customer touchpoints (eCommerce, Mobile, Marketing, Stores and Services) In addition, she has responsibility for enterprise data and advance analytics. During her tenure at PetSmart, she has driven major IT transformational change, and her team has delivered significant technology capabilities and business value. Beth is a retail industry expert and serves on the Salesforce Retail Advisory Board. She was recognized in 2017 as one of the “Top Ten Women in Retail Tech” by Chain StoreAge magazine. Prior to PetSmart, Beth spent more than 14 years at American Eagle Outfitters in Pittsburgh, PA, where she held a variety of IT leadership positions delivering technology for the multi-brand, international retailer. Beth earned her bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University.
