Debra Alper

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Relational Therapy and Divorce Recovery

Debra Alper is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice in Chicago specializing in relational therapy and divorce recovery. She has worked extensively since 1999 with individual clients striving to experience deeper, more meaningful relationships, couples in the midst of marital crisis around infidelity and unhappy, lonely relationships, individuals recovering identifying emotionally abusive relational issues and clients struggling to get through the emotional, and life changing hurdles of pre and post-divorce. Debra Alper received her undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and her Masters in Social Work from Loyola University, Chicago. She has received specialized training in Gottman Marital Therapy, Harville Hendrix Imago Therapy, and she participated in a yearlong weekly seminar from the University of Chicago on Psychodynamic Theory. Debra has volunteered with various literacy organizations around Chicago, most recently working with Sit Stay Read, combining her passion for reading, children and dogs. Debra resides in Chicago living happily 3 blocks away from her only daughter, and sharing her home with her beloved rescue Maltese Lilly. When Debra is not working, or dog walking, you can find her at her favorite yoga class, taking a long walk on the lakefront, traveling (preferably in Italy) or cooking. Kathy Caldwell

Head US Sales & Trade Management, Sanofi

Kathy Caldwell is an accomplished CPG executive with deep experience in Sales, Retail, Operations, and P&L Management. She is currently the Head US Sales & Trade Management for Sanofi’s Consumer Healthcare division and leads a team of approximately 130 employees across the US. She has had a highly successful career and has been recognized twice by Progressive Grocer as one of its Top Women in Grocery in 2014 and 2018.

Prior to joining Sanofi, Kathy had a long-standing career at Acosta, where she rose through the organizational ranks to become part of their executive leadership team. At Acosta, she provided best-in-class services for more than 50 CPG companies and led the company’s largest retail continuity sales force. Kathy also spent several years working as Sales Team Leader at Colgate-Palmolive.

From a personal perspective, Kathy is passionate about advancing women in business and helped establish national relationships with the Network of Executive Women at both Sanofi and Acosta. She is also an avid animal lover and is a board member of the Jacksonville Humane Society.

Ronnie Nault

Human Resources Manager, Safeway

Veronica (Ronnie) Nault, Human Resources Manager in the Portland Division, celebrating 32 years with the company this July. Ronnie started her career at the retail store level working in numerous areas of the store before transitioning into Human Resources.

While in Human Resources, she has been fortunate to work in all areas of the business to include, Employee Relations, Recruitment and Staffing, and Training and Development. She has held the role of Human Resources Manager of Employment, Training and Development Manager and currently Human Resources Manager. In her current role, she supports and partners with five District Managers, their Store Directors and Assistant Directors and three Division Pharmacy Managers. Ronnie also serves as a  benefits liaison for non-union associates.

Ronnie received her Professional Human Resources Certificate in 2013 and completed the Retail Management Certificate in 2015.

When asked “what’s the best part of your job”, Ronnie says “the opportunity to development and mentor employees to help them reach their career goals.

Ronnie is a wife, mother to three boys and grandmother to eight grandkids. Ronnie has been married to her husband Russ for 14 years.  Ronnie says, “he is her best friend.” When not working, they enjoy spending time with their grandkids. and cruising in her husband’s restored 1966 Chevelle.
