Her experience provides a keen ability to design and deliver optimal solutions for Members and Corporate Partners alike. Karen has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Grambling State University and a Master of Arts in Organization Leadership from Gonzaga University.

Tasman Allen

Director of Sales Operations, Kraft Heinz

For 25 years, Tasman Allen has been a noteworthy leader in the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry.  She is currently Director of Sales Operations at Kraft Heinz.  Tasman can also be credited with contributions to Diversity & Inclusion as the Co-Chair of the Black Business Resource Group.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Hampton University.  In addition, she earned an MBA in Marketing from Bowie State University.  Tasman currently resides in Charlotte with her husband, Horace.
