Chris Adderton

Vice President, Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals

Mr. Adderton brings more than 25 years of experience in consumer-packaged goods with accomplishments in organizational development, change management, technology implementation, sales and operations planning and trade promotions management.  Mr. Adderton led a successful sales and marketing agency, held sales and operational leadership positions with ConAgra Foods and the led the US Client Service organization for the Nielsen Co. Mr. Adderton has also been involved in senior executive and development roles with a number of early-stage companies.   Since 2013, Mr. Adderton has served as Vice President of the Council of Supply Chain Management professions responsible for operations, HR, IT, industry relations and CSCMP events.

Mr. Adderton holds a BA in Economics from the University of Missouri.

Krystle Atkinson

Associate Director, Customer Supply Chain, Kelloggs

A nationally recognized mission minded leader, Krystle Atkinson has been driving results through intentionality for over 15 years.

Her cross-industry career led her to the consumer-packaged goods industry in 2012 when she joined the Kellogg Company.  She has held varying responsibilities within Fortune 500 customer teams and currently oversees the supply chain engagement within Discount, Dollar, Drug impacting network initiatives and programming efforts.  In this role she leads and expands Kellogg’s partnership through collaborative investments with customers.  In addition, she serves as a committee member within Employee Resource Groups(ERG)enhancing the voice to Kellogg’s BIPOC employees and allies.

Prior to joining Kellogg, Krystle has held leadership roles with American Express and Target Corporation.  She was responsible for engaging new hires, implementing competencies while enhancing and retaining top talent. She has had the opportunity to speak to youth and young professionals on the topic of advocacy and the importance of building your own board of directors.

Krystle is an aspiring speaker and thought partner.  You’ll find her serving in local communities.  As a recent transplant to the Nashville, TN area she is excited to connect in spaces amplifying underrepresented voices.

Krystle, an African American, 1st-generation graduate earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Supply Chain from the University of Arkansas.

Darcy MacClaren

Senior Vice President Digital Supply Chain and Manufacturing, NA, SAP

Darcy MacClaren is the Senior Vice President, Digital Supply Chain, North America for SAP and has been with SAP for ten years in various leadership role.  With an emphasis on customer success, she is responsible for driving Digital Supply Chain sales including the go-to-market strategy, and overseeing core operations in pipeline development, demand management, and revenue growth.  She is a strategic global leader who has spent 30 years growing, differentiating, and improving businesses through technology transformation with a focus on supply chain.  Darcy is committed to guiding organizations in how to transform their companies through innovative technology and next generation business processes.  She is passionate about collaborating with and empowering companies to elevate the strategic value delivered to their ecosystem focused on helping companies to build resilient, agile, and sustainable supply chains.  She is a 2021 Supply Chain Pro to Know and a frequent contributor/speaker of WSJ, Bloomberg Radio, and other supply chain venues.   She is the founder of Women in Supply Chain Network with is dedicated to improving diversity in the supply field and since its inception in 2020 grown to over 500 members. In 2022 she was awarded the Diversity and Inclusion Award from SAP for her work with the Women in Supply Chain Network.

Before joining SAP, held several senior supply chain leadership positions at companies such as Blue Yonder, Infor, G-Log, (acquired by Oracle), and Hewlett Packard.
Darcy graduated from St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY, with a Bachelor of Arts degree.   She has an MBA from SUNY at Buffalo.
