A member-first organization
Our mission
Founded in 2001, NextUp is the leading national membership organization that provides our community learning and hands-on leadership experiences to build the next generation of leaders and an inclusive workplace culture that advances all women in business.

Membership with purpose and community

Our experts help your individual members advance their careers with personalized member journeys, individual leadership assessments, and feedback on their engagement and impact.
Online and live and in person development programs build individual leadership capabilities and foster inclusive workplace cultures in concert with your organization's goals.
Members are given opportunities to hone leadership skills overseeing people, programs and budgets in our 21 regions governed by region boards.
We actively promote our partners as thought leaders and advocates for our shared mission via sponsorships, events and platforms that showcase your capabilities to other member organizations.
We provide access to exclusive resources including research, tools, and best practices that build more inclusive workplaces and exposure to diverse perspectives.
We enable our diverse members with deep networks in consumer goods, retail and other industries to develop personal and professional relationships through shared purpose and a sense of belonging.
